Returns Policy
Our returns policy ensures that all items must be returned in their original state: unworn, undamaged, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items made to order or customized to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty. These items are clearly marked as ‘Made To Order’ on our site. For all other items, returns and refunds are subject to Link Up Vintage's discretion, barring any statutory rights to a refund. Please be aware, Link Up Vintage cannot be held liable for items lost in transit to our return address. We advise using the provided Return Label for peace of mind.
Returns Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, in line with statutory rights. Returns outside this period are considered final sale, though a credit note may be issued at our discretion.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will cover the return costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable except for faulty items. Note that we only refund the cost of the least expensive shipping option available. Import taxes or customs duties paid on your behalf will not be refunded unless reclaimed from the authorities. If returned items are not in satisfactory condition, we may adjust your refund to reflect the diminished value. You are obliged to care for the items responsibly until their return.
How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at customerservice@linkupvintage.com or send a message to [+31 6 42 39 83 07]. You may also fill out and return our Cancellation and Returns form, available for download from our site. We will provide a returns label for your package. Ensure all items, along with any original designer boxes or cases, are securely packed in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the items, provided they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund or issue a credit note, minus any applicable deductions. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
